Our on the day coordination service will entail meeting with you at least 6 weeks before your wedding.
We will go over all of your plans enabling us to make sure that everything is in order and nothing
has been overlooked.

We can prepare a timetable of the day to ensure events run smoothly. We check all your bookings in
plenty of time to make sure everything is in order, enabling you to relax and enjoy the build-up to
the day without any stress!

We remain in regular contact with you from our meeting with you right up to the day itself. Contact is usually by E mail or telephone but will do whatever suits you
If you wish, we can work in conjunction with a venue designer that we can wholly recommend.

Whatever you have planned, we will make sure happens. Hilary will remain with you discreetly
throughout the day. She will also bring a member of staff to assist with the coordination.
